Who is Taking Action?

Government experts worldwide stress the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, now. Most of the effort to reduce carbon emissions is focussed on government and corporate action, but citizens must also act.

People of North America, Europe, Japan and Australia have a special responsibility to take action because our carbon emissions are so much greater than the world average and we have furthest to go in bringing them down to a fair level, fair for every citizen on the planet.
